Refund Policy

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. You may exercise this right by emailing nikolas.burk@gmail.com or by contacting Paddle customer support.

After the 14-day withdrawal period, refunds are generally not available.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google, their respective refund policies apply. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google.

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

After expiry, your account reverts to the free tier (Pawn).
