Your own games already show what is costing you points.
Import your Lichess and Chess.com games and Coach turns them into a stats dashboard and a ranked list of leaks, the weaknesses your games keep repeating: "you score 38% against 1.d4", "18% of your blitz losses are on time", "the game after a loss scores 31%". No engine batch, no waiting: it reads the moves, results and clocks you already have.

How Coach works
Import your games
Connect Lichess or Chess.com and import. Coach reads the moves, results, ratings and clocks already stored — nothing is sent to an engine.
Read your leaks
Every pattern that costs you points is measured and ranked, worst first, each with the number of games behind it.
Work the plan
On Queen, the top two leaks become a four-week plan of lessons, puzzles and habits, checked in every Sunday.

Not a wall of stats: the few things to fix first
A leak is a measurable habit: an opening you score badly with, a repertoire line you never play, games lost on the clock, a slump after a loss, a rating that stopped moving. Coach ranks them and shows how many games each one rests on. One with too few games is still shown, marked low confidence — never hidden, never presented as a verdict.

Sunday check-in: how far did the numbers move?
Turn your top two leaks into a plan
On Queen, Coach takes your two most confident leaks and builds four weeks around them: a lesson for the opening, catalogue puzzles on the theme, puzzles from your own blunders, and a habit to practise. Every Sunday an in-app card — and an email you can switch off in settings — shows how far your numbers moved. Week four ends with a before-and-after card.
What Coach gives you
Ranked, not listed
Leaks come sorted by how much they cost, each with its game count and a confidence mark.
No engine wait
Everything comes from the PGN, results and clocks you already imported — the report is there the moment the import is.
